Jaime Escalante Elementary-School Accountability Report Card A SARC, or School Accountability Report Card, is an annual report mandated by the state of California for all public schools to provide parents and the community with data on school performance, environment, resources, and demographics. Published by February 1st, it helps parents make informed enrollment decisions and tracks school progress.A hard copy of the SARC is available in the main office upon request.
